Rates

Nightly rates include up to 4 guests. Each additional guest is $30/night, with maximum occupancy of 6 guests (some units accommodate a maximum of 4). Renters must be 25 years or older.

Rate Information

Policies

Minimum Stay Requirements

  • 5-night minimum stay required.
  • Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's reservations require a 7-night minimum, or 10 nights if your stay includes both Christmas and New Year's.

Payment Policy

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due upon check-in.
  • Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and personal checks (with advance notice). Cash is not accepted.
  • All payments are processed by The Heritage Club.

Cancellation Policy

All refunds are subject to a $200 processing fee plus applicable bank or credit card fees. 
Refer to your rental contract for specific season dates applicable to your booking.

Hurricane Policy

If a hurricane warning is issued by the National Hurricane Center for the Cayman Islands within 5 days of your scheduled arrival, you may reschedule or cancel your reservation. We will refund your deposit less any bank or credit card processing fees.

If your stay is cut short due to a mandatory hurricane evacuation, we will refund the unused portion of your prepaid nightly charges.

Important: Our hurricane refund policy is no substitute for trip cancellation and interruption insurance and applies only to accommodation costs paid to The Heritage Club. We strongly encourage all guests to purchase TRIP CANCELLATION AND INTERRUPTION INSURANCE.

Terms & Conditions

Property Care

  • Property Damage: You are responsible for damages to the property caused by you or members of your party and will be held liable for repair charges.
  • Property Inspection: Upon check-in, please inspect your unit. Notify the property manager immediately of any maintenance items that arise during your stay.
  • Keys: You will receive 2 keys at check-in. If both keys are not returned at checkout, a $150 charge will be applied to your credit card.
  • Non-Smoking Property: All units are non-smoking. Evidence of smoking inside your unit will result in a $1,500 cleaning fee. Smoking is permitted outside only.
  • Excessive Cleaning: If excessive cleaning is required after your departure, you will be charged $25 per hour.

Property Rules

  • Parking: One vehicle per unit. Parking spots are unassigned.
  • Pets: No pets are allowed on the property. Please note that we are unable to accommodate service animals.
  • Parties Group Bookings: Parties, weddings, and large group events require written consent from the manager. Please inform the manager prior to booking if traveling as part of a larger group.
  • Telephone Wi-Fi: Local calls are free. High-speed wireless internet is provided in your unit at no charge.

Guest Guidelines

To ensure all guests enjoy their stay, please observe these courtesy guidelines:

  • Noise: Keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m.
  • Air Conditioning: Close all doors and windows when A/C is running. Turn up the temperature when away for extended periods.
  • Security: Lock all doors and windows when leaving your unit or retiring for the evening.
  • Common Areas: Do not hang clothing, linens, or dive equipment on roadside balconies. Collect all personal belongings when leaving the pool or beach area.
  • Dive Equipment: Do not rinse dive equipment in the pool or bathtubs.
  • Outside Guests:Guests are requested not to invite persons staying at other properties to use our facilities.

Beach & Pool Guidelines

  • Do not reserve beach chairs or cabanas. Management may relocate unattended belongings.
  • Return beach chairs above the high water mark when leaving the beach.
  • Shower and rinse sand completely before entering the pool.
  • Use foot hoses to rinse sand and equipment before leaving the beach area.
  • Store flotation devices, paddle boards, and water toys when not in use.
  • Be respectful of noise levels. Portable speakers are not permitted.
  • Seven Mile Beach is a Marine Park conservation zone. Taking conch, lobster, or other sea life is illegal.
  • Pool and beach furniture must remain in common areas, not in units or on patios.
  • Attend BBQ grills at all times. Turn off gas and replace cover when done.

Guests with Children

  • Children are welcome at The Heritage Club. Please be mindful of noise levels and ensure children follow all property rules.
  • Children must have adult supervision in pool and beach areas.
  • Children who are not potty-trained must wear waterproof diapers in the pool.
