This Site is provided for informational purposes regarding The Heritage Club vacation rental properties located in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site.
3.1 Booking Process
Reservations may be made through this Site, by email, or by phone. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
3.2 Rental Agreement
Upon booking, you will be required to sign a rental agreement that governs your stay. The rental agreement contains the complete terms and conditions of your reservation, including detailed policies, responsibilities, and obligations. By signing the rental agreement, you agree to comply with all its terms.
3.3 Rates, Payment, and Cancellation
All rates, payment terms, cancellation policies, minimum stay requirements, and related booking policies are detailed on our Rates & Policies page and in your rental agreement. Please review these carefully before booking.
3.4 Modifications
Reservation modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
4.1 Occupancy and Age Requirements
Guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated for their reserved unit. The person signing the rental agreement must be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the unit for the entire rental period.

You are responsible for damages to the property caused by you or members of your party and will be held liable for repair charges.

The Heritage Club reserves the right to enter the unit at any time for inspection, maintenance, or emergency purposes.
5.1 No Pets
No pets are allowed on the property. We are unable to accommodate service animals.
5.2 Non-Smoking
All units are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside only. Violations will result in cleaning fees as specified in your rental agreement.
5.3 Events
Parties, weddings, and large group events require written consent from the manager.
Our hurricane policy is detailed on the Rates & Policies page and in your rental agreement. We strongly encourage all guests to purchase trip cancellation and interruption insurance, as our hurricane policy applies only to accommodation costs and is not a substitute for comprehensive travel insurance.
All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of The Heritage Club or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
This Site and all information, content, materials, and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

The Heritage Club shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, hurricanes, governmental actions, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
These Terms & Conditions and any rental agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your rental shall be resolved in the courts of the Cayman Islands.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms & Conditions will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms & Conditions, together with your signed rental agreement, the information on our Rates & Policies page, and any other written agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Heritage Club regarding your reservation and use of the property. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and your rental agreement, the rental agreement shall prevail.
The Heritage Club reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
